The Dyad Body™ Custom Insole is engineered for bodies that move in pairs, not mirrors. Built on the principle that the left and right sides of the body have different jobs, this insole is intentionally asymmetric, guiding each foot to do what it’s designed to do during standing, walking, and running.
Double thick construction provides a stable interface with the ground while still allowing articulation and feedback. Rather than cushioning the foot into passivity, the added thickness creates a controlled resistance that helps organize pressure, timing, and sequencing through the foot–leg–pelvis system.
